A photo of a tropical island with palm trees and beautiful pink foliage inspired this quilt design. At a time when travel was restricted due to the Covid-19pandemic, the idea of an island getaway was very appealing. Once I completed the background, it seemed the perfect spot to send a group of girlfriends on vacation.
